El Classico

What You’ll Need

For Drink Assembly:

  • 12oz glass (or similar)
  • Espresso 
  • Milk (chilled)
  • El Classico Cream (prepared in advance)

Drink Assembly:

Glass: 12oz (or similar)
Ice: Fill to the top
Steps:
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour 160ml (or about ¾ full) chilled milk over the ice.
  3. Add a double ristretto shot of espresso.
  4. Top with 50ml (or about ¼ full) El Classico Cream (see recipe below).
  5. Serve immediately.

El Classico Cream Recipe (Yields: 1L)

Ingredients:

  • 800ml thickened cream
  • 200ml condensed milk

    Method:

     

    1. In a mixing jug, combine thickened cream and condensed milk.
    2. Whisk until fully blended and smooth.
    3. Store chilled in an airtight container.
    4. Mix before each use.

    Shelf Life: Best used within 3 days, kept refrigerated in a sealed container.
