Having Trouble with Your Subscription?

We're here to help! Whether you're having trouble logging in, need to update your payment details, or just want to pause your subscription, we’ve outlined some quick steps to guide you. If you still need a hand, our friendly support team is just an email away.

I can't log in to manage my subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Visit our Account Login page.
  2. Once logged in, click Subscriptions.
  3. You’ll be redirected to your Subcription dashboard where you can make changes.

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Double-check you’re using the correct email address you subscribed with.
  • Try resetting your password.

I need to update my payment method

You can update your card details by:

  1. Logging into your Shopify customer portal
  2. Clicking on Subscriptions
  3. On the Appstle dashboard, choose Billing Info and update your details.

If your payment has already failed, updating the card will usually retry the payment automatically within 24 hours.

I want to skip, pause or cancel my subscription

You're in control — just:

  1. Go to your Appstle dashboard via the Subscriptions section
  2. Choose the option to PauseSkip, or Cancel based on your needs.

I need to update my shipping address

Log in through our Customer Portal

  1. Head to Subscriptions > Shipping Info in the Appstle dashboard
  2. Update your address for upcoming deliveries

Note: Changes may not apply to an order that’s already been processed — reach out if you’re unsure.

I want to change my products or delivery frequency

Feel like mixing things up?

  1. Go to your Appstle dashboard
  2. Choose the subscription you'd like to update
  3. Select a different product or adjust the delivery frequency (e.g. every 2 weeks instead of monthly)
