The Tale of Zoya
Zoya, the face of Roasting Warehouse, is an Ethiopian coffee cherry picker who represents the journey from farm to cup.
She symbolises every hand involved in crafting our coffee, from the farmers and pickers to our roasters and baristas.
Inspired by the meaning of her name, "dawn," Zoya carefully selects each cherry, believing every one holds the potential to create something extraordinary. At Roasting Warehouse, we're proud to share her passion for exceptional coffee with you.
A legacy of hospitality
For three generations, our family has shared a passion for hospitality and exceptional coffee. What began as a boutique micro-roastery in North Melbourne has grown into a state-of-the-art roasting facility in Airport West and an international cafe roastery in Athens, Greece.
While we've grown, our purpose has remained the same: to source, roast and serve specialty coffee that brings people together. Every bean we roast reflects decades of experience, family ambition, and an unwavering commitment to quality, from the farm to your cup.
