Birthday Cake Iced Chocolate

What You’ll Need

For Drink Assembly:

  • 12oz glass (or similar)
  • Milk 
  • Chocolate syrup
  • White Chocolate Whipped Cream (prepared in advance)
  • Sprinkles
  • Chocolate flake 

Drink Assembly:

Glass: 12oz (or similar)
Ice: Fill to the top
Steps:

 

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour 160ml (or about ¾ full) chilled milk over the ice.
  3. Add 20ml chocolate syrup.
  4. Top generously with White Chocolate Whipped Cream (see recipe below).
  5. Garnish with sprinkles and a flake.

White Chocolate Whipped Cream Recipe (Yields: 1L)

Ingredients:

  • 900ml cream
  • 90ml Monin White Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 pump vanilla syrup

    Method:

    1. In a 1L jug, combine cream, Monin White Chocolate Syrup, and vanilla syrup.
    2. Pour mixture into the cream canister.
    3. Seal and charge with 1x N₂O cream charger.
    4. Shake well before each use.

    Shelf Life: Best used within 2 days, kept refrigerated in the cream canister.
