What You’ll Need

For Drink Assembly:

  • 12oz glass (or similar)
  • Vanilla Syrup 
  • Coconut water (chilled)

Drink Assembly:

Glass: 12oz (or similar)
Ice: Fill to the top
Steps:
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Pour 160ml (or about ¾ full) coconut water over the ice.
  • Gently top with 50ml of Coconut Cream (see recipe below).
  • Serve immediately.

What You’ll Need

Coconut Storm Cream Recipe (Yields: 1L)

Ingredients:

  • 740ml thickened cream
  • 125ml espresso (freshly brewed & cooled)
  • 125ml vanilla syrup

Method:

  • In a mixing jug, add thickened cream.
  • Stir through espresso and vanilla syrup until fully combined.
  • Store chilled and mix before each use.

Shelf Life: Best used within 3 days, kept refrigerated in an airtight container.
