Ordered beans arrived via Australia Post split and spilled from their Roasting Warehouse bag into the Australia Post bag ..!
Phone call to Roasting Warehouse resulted in them immediately dispatching a replacement new bag via courier service and in a protective cardboard box. Now that is true service. Thanks for respecting me as a regular customer Roasting W/house.
