At Roasting Warehouse, we’ve taken those classic Easter notes and turned them into two limited-edition specialty coffee drinks that will keep customers coming back.
From viral social media moments to record-breaking sales in-store, our Easter drink menu has officially become our best-performing range of the past month.

Hot Cross Bun Latte

If you love a traditional *cosy* hot cross bun, this one’s for you.
Think the nostalgic flavours of Easter with just the right amount of sweetness added.
Hot Cross Bun Latte Recipe:
Step 1) In a Cup:
- Double Espresso Shot

10ml Hot Chocolate
-
10ml Gingerbread Syrup
- 10ml White Chocolate Syrup

Step 2) Steam:
- Milk of choice (pour to the top in cup)

Step 3) Finish:
- Top off with chocolate powder in an 'X' (we taped together 2 straws and put powder on top)

Optional: Top with a cookie

Iced Hot Cross Bun Latte

The white chocolate cold foam adds a creamy, slightly sweet layer that pairs perfectly with the spice and espresso.
Iced Hot Cross Bun Latte Recipe:
Step 1) In a Cup:

15ml Hot Chocolate
-
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
- 140g Ice
- 270g Milk
Stir syrups to integrate the ingredients

Step 2) Pour Double Shot of Espresso Over Milk

Step 3) Make White Chocolate Cream
- 400g Thickened Cream
- 80g White Chocolate Syrup

Step 4) To Top Off:
- 50g White Chocolate Cream
